At Rakemate, we are committed to providing quality products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds on eligible purchases under the following conditions:

  • Physical Products: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must notify us of your intention to return the item within 14 days of receiving it.
  • Digital Products/Services: Refunds for digital products or services will only be granted if there is a technical issue or defect that prevents the product from functioning as intended. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Certain items, such as customized or perishable products, are not eligible for refunds. These will be clearly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.

2. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@rakemate.com with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase (such as the order confirmation email)
  • Reason for the refund request
  • For physical products, a description or photo of the issue (if applicable)

Once your request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Return Process for Physical Products

If your refund request is approved for a physical product, you will be required to return the item to us. The following conditions apply:

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
  • Return Address: The return address will be provided upon approval of your refund request.
  • Refund Timing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

4. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted, including but not limited to:

  • Items that are returned after the 14-day period but still in acceptable condition.
  • Digital products or services where partial use has occurred before a technical issue is identified.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please take the following steps:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  • Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@rakemate.com.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at support@rakemate.com to arrange the exchange process.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order for a physical product before it is shipped for a full refund. If your order has already shipped, the refund will be processed once the item is returned to us in accordance with the return process.
  • For digital products or services, you may cancel within 24 hours of purchase to receive a full refund unless the service has already been delivered or accessed.
